
Occasionally, the wrong product is shipped and must be returned. In the event the mistake is due to DSS we’ll replace the wrong item, including return shipping charges, at no cost to you or issue a credit. In the event you’ve ordered the wrong product or changed your mind and need to return an item, we ask that you do so within 20 days. The returned product must be in original, unopened manufacturer’s packaging and include all accessories, attachments, instructions and warranty cards. You are responsible for return freight and a 15% restocking fee. If the item has been opened, then there will be an additional 10% repackaging fee.

e-mail us if you wish to make a return. All of our products carry the manufacturers warranty. We will be happy to handle the return of any product purchased from us that is not performing up to the manufacturer's standards.
